‍About the Landlord Studio:

Landlord Studio is a fast-growing prop-tech company transforming accounting and property management for property investors. Our intuitive platform helps property investors streamline finances, automate bookkeeping, and manage rental properties with ease. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in London and help us deliver outstanding support to our users.

About the role:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing excellent support and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. You’ll handle support tickets, emails, onboarding calls, and support calls, helping property investors get the most out of Landlord Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond to user queries via tickets, email, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Onboarding: Guide new customers through setup and best practices via onboarding calls to maximise platform adoption.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback from users and relay insights to the product team to help improve the platform.
• Education & Guidance: Help users understand key features, workflows, and integrations to optimise their experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in customer support or success, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to helping users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.
• A passion for property investing, real estate, fintech, or property management is a plus!
• Must be legally allowed to work in the UK 🇬🇧
